So today is Groundhog Day and Mr. Punxsutawney Phil did not see his shadow, therefore they have predicted an early spring, yay! Does this mean the spring selling season will begin sooner than years when our little groundhog friend predicted six more weeks of winter? Curious the mindset that groundhog day gives people after the famous prediction. This morning did you get excited with the thought of an early spring, did you get upset that your chances of feet of snow may not be in your near future or did you not even realize it was groundhog day??? Seeing that Mr. Phil is right about forty-six percent of the time, I guess we will just have to wait and see if the selling season will start early this year.
